Mega Man Retro Gamer rates this game: 5/5Oh The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, this considered to be one of the fan favorites of the series and not just a fan fav, also considered to be the best game of all time, this game is a true 3D environment and this is franchise's first jump to 3D and it became a fan favorite so QUICKLY, damn that's surprising, and besides every popular franchise that made the first jump to 3D is a fan fav, for instance, Super Mario 64, the plumber's first jump to 3D and that is a masterpiece and look at Sonic Adventure 1 that is a Sonic fan favorite and also liked by Sega fanboys, too, but I'm a Nintendo fanboy so I like Ocarina of Time and Super Mario 64. Ahh, Nintendo, you are also a game developer pop star right up there with Capcom, but Ocarina of Time though I give it a 10/10 this game is awesome, a must have for the N64.

rates this game: 5/5Pretty sweet game. One of the most legendary game ever made, in my opinion. For the most part, it's a puzzle solving game with a few fights along the way to keep you entertained. You play as 'Link' (or whatever you choose to name yourself) and set about saving the world, as the usual in games. What makes this game interesting is it's (spoilers, look away) Time traveling feature. You can travel to before evil took over, and after evil took over and set things up for yourself in the past for the future. And remember, if you ever get stuck, you can always cheat by looking up F.A.Q.s online. Which if you've never played a Zelda game, you probably will.

NINTENDO 64 / N64 ROMS INFORMATION
Game console Nintendo 64 is already a classic 64-bit console from Nintendo. It debuted in 1996 in Japan, and finally came out around the world in 1997. This is the last serious console that used cartridges as physical media. Its competitors were Sony PlayStation and Sega Saturn.
Prior to the release of N64, Nintendo was the leading player in the video game consoles market. Its previous NES and SNES consoles became a huge success and launched a number of massively popular franchises. Nevertheless, it was more and more difficult to keep the first place: more and more newcomers appeared on the horizon, and even SEGA managed to practically catch up with Nintendo on sales.
The fifth generation of consoles threatened to become the most complex - and unpredictable. This was due to the beginning of the era of games with 3D graphics. Nintendo itself has been slightly puzzled after a scandalous decision first to conclude, and then break, an agreement with Sony on the creation of the Nintendo PlayStation. The console was supposed to be the most revolutionary in the generation, and the games would be released on CD.
In the end, Nintendo went its own way. While it was planning a 'reality project', known to the public as Ultra 64, Sony created the PlayStation brand. Sony retained the CD carrier, which made it seem more modern than the Nintendo 64. That's what ultimately allowed it to win the 'console war'.
