They asked my permission to list the one novel I have on Smashwords as a free download, so I respect them for respecting the rights of authors. Please be sure you avoid pirate sites where someone will charge you for hundreds of books that the author never sees any royalties for, because they have no right to see books unless the author has been dead for many years, or they ARE the authors. Otherwise it is stealing.

I hate to be a dissenter, but why would anyone wish to give away their books? Isn’t the idea to make money from your endeavors?
